With the upgrade of the Heavy Civil Construction unit within Jawoyn Contracting, we now boast the experience, together with a local network of professional and skilled operators and drivers to carry out civil construction projects and analyse potential opportunities.

Repairs & Maintenance
As part of Jawoyn Contracting, the Repairs and Maintenance arm undertakes work across Katherine and Arnhem for projects including executing necessary repairs and maintenance on NTG remote houses located in the 3 communities on Jawoyn country. The team is comprised of Jawoyn people, who carried out works on their families homes in these remote communities.
New Builds
Jawoyn New Builds is part of Jawoyn Contracting, a proudly 100% Indigenous owned company established in 2018 to provide construction, demolition and minor building works and services throughout Jawoyn Country. While the contracting arm of the business is thriving, we saw a need to diversify into construction specifically.
Civil
Jawoyn Civil is an arm of the Jawoyn Contracting, owned by parent company Jawoyn Association. Jawoyn Civil provides quality trade and civil works services across the Katherine and Arnhem region. Our skilled workforce has been built to service a growing need in public and private projects in the area and to provide employment opportunities for our strong Indigenous workforce.
